Animal House is a walk-in only, affordable veterinary clinic serving patients on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re open Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call to schedule surgeries.
Our veterinary services include the basics like vaccinations, wellness exams, sick visits, and parasite testing and prevention. We also offer urgent care and advanced surgeries. To make routine preventative care more convenient and affordable, we also offer Wellness Packages for both dogs and cats.
Finding Us and Checking In:
We’re located at 223 Largo Drive, Nashville, TN. There are two buildings – parking is behind both of them. The best way to check-in is online, and then let us know when you arrive at the clinic. We encourage you to stay in your car and we’ll call or text you when your exam room is ready. Our exam room are accessible from the front of the building labeled exam rooms #1-3. (Think of it like your own VIP entrance!)
About Your Visit:
We want to make sure your pet gets the best possible care, so there might be times when appointments run a little longer, especially for older pets or those who are sick or injured. To help things go smoothly, we recommend that you check in online before your visit.
Costs and Payment:
We know everyone wants to know about costs upfront. There’s a $68 fee to cover the initial exam. Once we’ve determined your pet’s needs, we’ll give you a clear breakdown of any recommended tests and treatments, along with the estimated cost. This is all flexible – if you need a more affordable option, we’re happy to work with you.
Here’s the deal with payments:
We’re a small team, so we don’t have someone dedicated to chasing after payments. To keep things simple, payment is required in full at checkout. We accept all major credit cards (including Care Credit), but there is a processing fee. Cash is always an option to avoid that fee.
Medications:
If you prefer to fill prescriptions at an outside pharmacy, that’s totally fine! There’s a $10 fee for a written prescription. However, we also have a handy online pharmacy you can order through on our website (NashvilleAnimalHouse.com) – this way, you avoid the fee and get the meds delivered straight to your door. We recommend using our pharmacy because it helps us keep costs down for everyone, but it’s completely up to you.

The most important thing to us is your pet’s health and happiness. If you’re ever facing financial difficulties, please let us know – we can point you towards some resources that might help. We also know emergencies can happen outside of office hours. While we’re not a 24-hour clinic, feel free to email us at [email protected] anytime. We’ll do our best to help if we can.
Building Trust
We believe in honest communication. We will never recommend any tests that aren’t absolutely necessary for your pet’s well-being. Think of it like this: I wouldn’t suggest anything I wouldn’t do for my own furry companions!

We know everyone has bad days, but we kindly ask that you don’t take them out on our amazing team. They’re here to help, and they deserve to be treated with kindness. We’re a team of compassionate women who go above and beyond for our clients, but we won’t tolerate rudeness.
